Your First Visit to Our Cave Creek Practice

You will be warmly welcomed and made to feel at home. Help is on its way!

New patients often remark how “homey” our office is. That’s good, because our goal is to offer state-of-the-art chiropractic care in a comfortable surrounding.

Our office is conveniently located on the corner of Tatum and Dynamite at the Shops at Dynamite Creek, next to Ace Hardware store.  Upon turning in off of Tatum and Dynamite you will find parking in one of the extremely close spaces right in front of our office.  Once you enter our office you will be greeted by name and given a short tour to get you acquainted with our facility.

If you have already completed the necessary paperwork via our online service, great!  If not, after doing so, then you will meet Dr. Lerma.

We explain everything first.

The purpose of your consultation with the doctor is to discuss your health goals and see if chiropractic is likely to help you. If it looks promising, a thorough examination will help identify the cause of your problem.

Patients appreciate that we explain everything in advance!

Dr. Lerma Asks some important questions of interest to Cave Creek residents - Chiropractor Cave Creek Dr. Lerma Asks...

Are chiropractors just concerned with the spine?
Our interest in the spine is because it covers the major communications conduit between your brain and your body. As a Cave Creek chiropractor my job is to locate areas (usually along the spine) that interfere with proper nerve communications to and from your brain. Chiropractic adjustments help restore nervous system integrity. In this way, chiropractic care can affect the function of your entire body.
What's the difference between maintenance, prevention and wellness?
Maintenance chiropractic care is an attempt to keep a dynamic, ever-changing and adapting organism (you) in a static relationship with your environment. Preventive chiropractic care is mostly about early detection. Wellness chiropractic care is an attempt to optimize our health and be all that you were designed to be.
